Job Description:

The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive demand, increase brand awareness, and support sales objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing program management, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and communications, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

              Develop and Execute Marketing Programs: Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing programs that support product launches, demand generation, and brand awareness goals.

              Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

              Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, communications, and other stakeholders to align marketing programs with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.

              Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and social media.

              Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.

              Budget Management: Manage marketing program budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

              Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

              Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and program development.
