About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Email Marketer to support our DTC email marketing initiatives for e-commerce brands and help grow our email marketing capabilities. This role involves assisting in setting up Klaviyo automation, developing strategic email cadences for client brands, and contributing to scaling our services. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, design, or data, with 1-3 years of relevant experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the field of email marketing, as coaching and support will be provided.

This is an Hourly Remote Role with the opportunity to go part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of DTC email marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands.
• Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to the specific needs of DTC clients.
• Utilize design skills to create visually appealing email templates and graphics 
• Set up and manage Klaviyo automation to streamline and enhance DTC email marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, focusing on driving engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure DTC email marketing aligns with overall marketing strategies and brand goals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing and data analysis.
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation.
• 1-3 years of experience in design.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Good to Have Skills:

• Good knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, or similar.
• Good knowledge of list segmentation techniques.
• Good knowledge of AB testing to optimize email performance.
• Experience in copywriting.
• Familiarity with DTC e-commerce.
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices and legal requirements, including CAN-SPAM Act compliance and GDPR.
