Job Description for Appointment Setter

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound warm leads generated through digital marketing efforts
  
• Conduct initial conversations with potential property sellers
  
• Qualify leads and gather crucial information about properties
  
• Utilize various real estate investment strategies, including creative financing and “subject to” deals
  
• Set appointments for further discussions with qualified leads
  
• Learn and apply real estate investment techniques and strategies
  
• Close deals independently or prepare them for final approval
  

Requirements

• Experience in real estate transactions
  
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
  
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
  
• Willingness to learn and apply new real estate investment strategies
  
• Fluency in English
