The role:
Accounting Analyst
Summary of the role:
Support the team in the preparation for reports in order to ensure the reliability of the information.
Responsibilities:
It is included but not limited to:
• Preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Monitor the mails received in Shared Inbox, making sure that all the mails have received answer.
• Prepare daily receivables report.
• Prepare weekly payments to non-coffee-suppliers.
• Assist both Finance HUB Coordinator and Senior Accounting Analyst in the preparation of journals.
• Review of Statement of Accounts from non-coffee-suppliers.
• Booking reimbursements of employees.
• Booking cash received and bank account entries.
• Support projects for the area.
• Other administrative tasks.
