(Senior) Product Success Manager (f/m/d) - Product Analytics

SAP LeanIX is seeking a Product Success Manager (f/m/d) to drive our product analytics function, tooling, and operations. We are looking for a person that loves generating insights from data and will drive the setup of a state-of-the-art product analytics function (covering strategy, operating model, platform and tooling) at SAP LeanIX. You like managing and implementing cross-functional topics in a dynamic and ambitious environment, in strong collaboration with our Product Leadership team, and in alignment with other stakeholders in, e.g., Customer Success, Product Marketing and beyond. You believe in the value of data-driven decisions and you like to enable and support Product Managers leveraging data when designing and developing our solution. You also support the LeanIX Leadership and Management teams by delivering dashboards and key performance indicators of our leading SaaS Enterprise Architecture platform. You are driving progress, prepare necessary decisions, “connect the dots” across involved teams and monitor implementation of the SAP LeanIX product analytics strategy.

What is waiting for you?

• You will be responsible for the “product analytics” strategy, define the product analytics backlog and roadmap, and engage in the regular prioritization discussion to get things implemented
  
  
• You'll serve as SAP LeanIX's acknowledged lead expert in product-related data analytics, setting the research agenda and carrying out user behavior analysis
  
  
• Your work closely together with our BI/Data team to help building appropriate solutions and processes supporting our product analytics strategy
  
  
• You'll liaison with various internal stakeholders (Product, Customer Success, Product Management), understanding and communicating their needs for product-related metrics and KPI reporting.
  
  
• Your role involves closely working with multiple teams, understanding their needs and crafting bespoke solutions based on our on tooling, leveraging our SAP-based data platform. This includes fostering the link between our Product teams and the Product Analytics domain.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Product Management or Product Owner experience, ideally in a comparable, data-analytics related role/domain of at least 2 years, preferably in a multi-team setup

• Hands-on experience in defining and developing dashboards for various levels of an organization (from KPI-style reports to more interactive “self-serviced” solutions)

• Knowledge or vision on how a “self-service”-oriented product analytics function works, enabling product teams to become more data-driven in their decisions

• Experience with using professional data platforms and reporting tools, preferably SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, but also Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar; knowledge of relevant query languages such as SQL, KQL or similar is a plus

• Experience in working with the different functions of a modern SaaS company, e.g., management, Product Leadership, UX design, Customer Success, Product Marketing

• Hands-on approach, enjoying an agile environment and software development process

• Self-motivated and capable of delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision

• Fluent English is mandatory
