Procurement process optimization, global/Sourcing for R&D

・Develop and manage global procurement process from both system and operation perspectives in align with management direction.
・ Lead monitoring of supplier on boarding process globally, identifying risk and opportunities for procurement process optimization.
・High sensitivity of global supply chain trends such as ESG and other emerging topics.

・Lead sourcing activities for R&D.(Engineering Service, Inboud Licnese for our product development)
・Establishement of gloablly streamlined R&D sourcing scheme collaborating with  Product group and Enginnering team. Improvment of the shceme through peridoic monitorings.

<Must have either of followings>
-Experience of project management, especially cross division project lead
-Sourcing for R&D

<Must have>
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1)
Fluent in English (TOEIC 700)

Knowledge of procurement process, as a buyer
