System Developer

What a day in the life looks like:

• Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project and Excel.
• Develop and implement systems aimed at the Supply Chain area, supporting the specification of programs, sizing of requirements and specification of their architecture.
• Assist in training of customer management team and end-users.
• Learning the ins and outs of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management.
• Work with customers on WMS design.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the team:

• Graduation in IT area (finalizing or graduated)
• Intermediate experience in T-SQL(SQL Server) and PL/SQL(Oracle) programming queries and stored procedures (minimum of 2 years of experience).
• Intermediate configuration or programming experience in languages like Java, Python, C# (minimum of 1 year of experience).
• Proficient SQL Skills.
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage.
• Self-motivated, tenacious and a natural problem solver.
• Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Ability to travel as needed (15% to 25%).
• Advanced English.

A plus but not required:

• Supply chain, Warehouse or distribution industry knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of barcode scanning and RF hardware (Intermec, LXE, Motorola, Symbol).
• Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation projects.
• Experience with reporting softwares (Cognos, Business Objects, SSRS for example)
• Experience with label generation softwares (Bartender, Loftware for example)
