Position Summary

To conduct the verification of employment history, education qualifications and professional memberships in accordance with Sterling RISQ’s processes, procedures, productivity, quality and timeframe benchmarks

This Is What You'll Do:

Commence all verifications accurately and within required time frames.

Managing missing information and additional information in accordance with Sterling RISQ operations procedures

Record all information relating to verifications on Sterling RISQ platform, including all mandated attempts in real time

Ensure all operational logs are recorded accurately and in real time

Monitor turnaround times (TAT) and ensure compliance with standard operational processes (SOP’s) and service level agreements (SLAs)

Identify potential delays/ issues that are likely to adversely impact turnaround times and bring these to the attention of your manager immediately

Notify the client case manager of all candidate “Alerts” where required to ensure the client is notified immediately without delay

Other duties as assigned by the Sterling RISQ

This Is What We're Looking For:

Superior written and spoken English

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate to advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite of products including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel

Superior time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills

Strong rapport building skills

A strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail
