WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking a junior level Production Coordinator to join our team. This individual would work in our creative department specifically within the Integrated Production team. This job is best suited for an individual interested in supporting a wide range of production needs with a particular focus on vendor coordination for audio visual and print projects; as well as general support for creative operations.

Responsibilities include:
• Support creative team and integrated producers as needed throughout the creative development process.
• Collaborate with other teams, divisions, and stakeholders to align production efforts with overall business objectives.
• Assist on production projects under the guidance of more senior producers and lead small-scale projects as assigned.
• Coordinate purchase of stock assets across projects and maintain documentation on assets usage rights.
• Coordinate necessary agency travel and purchasing for the production team.
• Coordinate logistics with external vendors on small-scale projects.
• Manage budgets and timelines for production projects.
• Assist in sourcing and managing external vendors and suppliers, such as printers, photographers, and production houses.
• Procure samples, attend press checks, and approve specs and samples.
• Generate reports on project status, resource allocation, and production metrics as required.
• Support in vendor and freelancer procurement and onboarding process.

Qualifications

    • 0-2 years of creative project management at an agency or similar environment.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, communication, business, or related disciplines.

    • No experience is needed if educational requirements are met. Training is provided to new hires.

    • Attention to detail.

    • Experience identifying, contracting and managing all types of creative resources and vendors from freelancers to content developers to printers.

    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and uses and mechanics of creative softwares.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft office application.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Experience setting up processes to maintain a database for production information.

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements

    Salary: $52,000-$58,000
