Position Purpose: Responsible for planning and directing all external communications and publications and selected sales support collateral. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the copywriting, graphic design and print production teams.
- External Publications and Material Development
- Manages the creation and production of all external publications for all products (Commercial, Government Programs) including, but not limited to: Enrollment Materials; Corporate Capabilities Materials; Brochures; Direct Mail; Newsletters (for member, employers and brokers); Provider Directories; Corporate Presentations; and Web Site. Specific emphasis will placed on the graphic design, copywriting and print production aspects of these materials.
- Print Production Responsibilities
- Directs/Manages the creation, production, collation and distribution of all presale enrollment materials.
- Implement with regional sales offices, business partners a cost effective fulfillment system and process to meet specific marketing requirements.
- Broker Communications Responsibilities
- Manages the development of Broker Communication Programs including but not limited to: Broker Kits; Newsletters; Brochures; Mailings; and Web Site.
- Programs ensure effective communication, education and awareness of products and services.
- Manages and oversees maintenance of Broker database. Supervises input of all data and oversees the quality of information to Regional Sales Directors.
- Manages the marketing material development and distribution of proposal partner rating disk.
- Marketing/Advertising Program Management Responsibilities
- Directs the development and implementation of the marketing communications programs. Includes print, radio, outdoor, and direct mail activities aimed at brokers, employers and employees..
- Manages and oversees marketing Initiatives.
- Other Responsibilities
- Recruits, hires, trains and manages those engaged in copywriting, graphic design and print production.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field; MBA preferred.
Seven years management experience as well as direct supervisory experience required.
Pay Range: $108,700.00 - $201,000.00 per year
