Responsibilities:

Who are you?

 

The Director of Implementation will oversee the new client implementation process and projects including, but not limited to, new client implementations, upsell implementation of new products and services for current clients, and necessary platform migrations. This role will focus on our Health Plan Administration (HPA) product and service suite of offerings.

 

Experience working for or with TPA's highly preferred.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Lead the implementation project management team and client experience in the Health Plan Administration (HPA) product market space
    • New client implementation
    • Added product/services implementations
    • Platform migrations (as needed)
    • Special client-projects (as needed and approved)
  • Manage the team of Managers, Specialists and Coordinators, including staffing needs assessment & planning, developing & measuring competencies, and opportunities for collective and individual professional development
  • Facilitate continuous implementation service improvement with attention to developing efficiencies (via people, data, technology, or tooling) to support business goals
  • Partner with Client Operations teams on timely project delivery by managing regular meeting series to coordinate on individual projects and overall needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with primary internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Success, Client Operations teams) to maximize client satisfaction with implementation experience
  • Review & approve contracts and performance guarantees related to implementation, as needed
  • Be an expert in implementation of the HPA offerings
    • Supporting sales and upsell discussions on an as-needed basis
    • Voicing needs for delivery via Product, Technical Operations, Technical Professional Services, and/or Data & Analytics teams
    • Develop & measure key performance indicators and metrics
  • Develop & deliver business reporting related to implementation
  • Serve on Client Solutions Leadership team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
  • Minimum 7 years, with 10+ preferred, experience in managing client relationships, implementation project management, and/or quality service delivery, including any relevant combination
    • Previous experience working in health plan insurance, benefits administration and/or Third Party Administrators very strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of direct leadership and management of a team (direct reports)
  • Previous experience working directly with clients or brokers strongly preferred

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $125,000 annually. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 15% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
