Hiring for Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

The Digital Commerce organization at Lonza’s Capsule & Health Ingredients (CHI) is driving a digital transformation across the division and is seeking talented, entrepreneurial thinkers to join the team.

As Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for managing CHI’s global campaign playbook while developing and leveraging digital channels.

This role will be a collaboration partner with product marketing, regional marketing, commercial excellence, IT, and more. Successful candidates must be able to work at a strategic level, developing innovative solutions to further CHI’s digital marketing activities, and at a tactical level, analyzing data, solving problems, and organizing projects.

Key responsibilities:

#1 Develop and maintain CHI’s global campaign playbook

Collaborate with product marketers, regional marketers, corporate communications, and more to develop and execute CHI’s global campaign calendar and playbook in alignment with strategic objectives.

Establish and maintain scalable processes, templates, and tools to promote collaboration across stakeholders and implement best practices in campaign management and digital marketing.

#2 Digital channel optimization

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop digital marketing campaigns including content preparation, execution, analytics, and optimization across CHI’s digital channels (e.g. marketing automation, social media, website). Plan, pilot, implement, and scale new digital channels including pay-per-click, search engine optimization, display, paid search, and more.

#3 Data driven decision making and enablement.

Partner with commercial excellence, product marketing, regional marketing, and other stakeholders to track and report campaign and channel effectiveness.

Collaborate with marketing operations to strategically drive CHI’s lead management process and demand generation.

Share best-in-class practices and insights with team, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement
