MDR Solution Engineer

Role Overview:

About the Role:

• Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure technical compatibility between our MDR solutions and MDR partners’ offerings.

• Collaborate with our partners’ technical teams to develop joint MDR go-to-market strategies and technical enablement programs.

• Deepen your understanding of both ours and our partners’ products to troubleshoot and resolve technical integration issues effectively.

• Assist internal sales and marketing teams with crafting technical content and presentations tailored to the MDR partner’s channel.

• Work with MDR partners to develop and deliver technical training programs for our sales and support teams on their MDR solutions.

• Track and report on key technical metrics to measure the success of the MDR partnership.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the MDR landscape and emerging technologies.

About You:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on technical role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.

• Solid understanding of MDR solutions, Endpoint, NDR, Email, and XDR concepts.

• Experience working with labs and demo environments.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Familiarity with MDR solution providers (Mandiant, Expel, Arctic Wolf, Red Canary, etc.) is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a remote-friendly environment.
