The role

Clockwise is looking to hire a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. We're a fast-moving and fun team focused on building the future of calendar management with empathy, authenticity, focus, drive, curiosity, and enthusiasm. We’re looking for a “full-stack” Product Marketing Manager to sit at the center of the market, our product, and our customers. 

You will partner with our product, sales, design, and broader marketing teams to build the foundation of product marketing at Clockwise — from developing messaging and positioning, telling our customers’ stories, architecting campaigns, building out enablement resources, and more. You’re excited to define the strategy and help drive execution, are data driven and user-centric. 

 
What you’ll do
  • Help shape the future of our AI-powered calendar assistant by providing market insights and influencing the product roadmap based on your expertise
  • Meticulously craft compelling value propositions and messaging, based on your deep understanding of the target audience and product functionality
  • Own and execute go-to-market plans for all new products and features
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights that inform product strategy, packaging decisions, and identify growth opportunities
  • Refine our jobs to be done and personas—developing segmented messaging and collateral to support both sales and marketing efforts
  • Work with the customer-facing teams to develop impactful enablement resources and case studies to better position ourselves against other competitors and products
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Analytics to deeply understand the customer journey and incorporate those insights into our go-to-market strategies and product initiatives
 
About you
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably at a fast-moving PLG / SaaS company
  • Track record of bringing products to market with flawless execution to drive strong business results (e.g., increased feature adoption)
  • Excellent communicator and seamless cross-functional collaborator, whether it’s supporting a sales need or influencing the product roadmap
  • Experience developing and implementing product positioning and messaging across the organization
  • Experience leading projects and project teams while balancing competing priorities
  • Strength in managing complex projects with an eye for detail
  • Driven to find and use customer insights and market research to drive strategic product marketing decisions
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude)

Pay Transparency

Clockwise employs pay transparency as one of several systems to ensure pay fairness and employee retention. Below is the approved base salary range for this position. It does not include total compensation factors like benefits, health insurance, and the value of Clockwise equity.

Salary range: $134,000 - $200,000

The final salary offered to a candidate may be higher or lower dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, market rate, the qualified pool of candidates, internal compensation, candidate experience, interview performance, references, and budgetary constraints.
