Your missions

Our client, a world-renowned biotech company, is seeking a meticulous and experienced SAP Testing Coordinator to oversee the validation processes at one of their singular plant locations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess a solid understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) within the Life Sciences industry. This role is critical to ensuring that all SAP system validations are executed accurately and comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Validation Oversight: Ensure that all Computer System Validation (CSV) activities related to SAP systems at the plant are performed correctly and efficiently.
  • Testing Coordination: Coordinate and manage the testing processes for SAP implementations, upgrades, and changes, ensuring compliance with client’s standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive validation documentation, including validation plans, test scripts, and reports.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all validation activities meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Quality Assurance, and Plant Operations to facilitate effective validation processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, document, and resolve issues encountered during validation activities.
  • Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to validation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP testing and validation within the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • CSV Knowledge: Strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) principles and practices in a regulated environment.
  • S/4 HANA Knowledge: Strong understanding of S/4 HANA platform.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in executing and documenting validation activities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during validation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Certifications: SAP testing and/or project management certifications desired
