Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns for e-commerce clients, with a monthly ad spend ranging from 75k to 1.5m
  • Utilize Google Ads, Google Shopping, and other paid search platforms to drive performance and achieve target ROAS
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide account management and ensure their needs are met
  • Work closely with the agency founder and team to strategize and execute successful media buying initiatives
  • Conduct weekly calls and daily huddles to provide reporting and updates on campaign performance
  • Aim to become the head of media buying within the company by the end of the year

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, as well as availability to work 20 hours per week in the CET time zone
  • Demonstrated experience in managing paid search campaigns, particularly with Google Ads and Google Shopping
  • Ability to handle a minimum total ad spend of 1 million per month
  • Strong understanding of target ROAS and the ability to scale campaigns based on performance
  • Previous experience working with e-commerce clients and a track record of driving successful results
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client accounts
  • Not entrepreneurial in nature, but rather seeking a role within a Google Agency or similar industry
