Position Summary

The Learning Business Partner will work closely with Enterprise Learning Management team, business lines, and subject matter experts to build a deep understanding of the business and support learning programs and strategies to address workforce performance gaps and opportunities for company growth. Learning Business Partners will drive employee performance developing and facilitating education, learning strategies, and interventions that support business goals.  To succeed, Learning Business Partners will need to build strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating and challenging to ensure the best learning solutions are delivered.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Learning Team bringing organization-wide education deliverables and programs to life
  • Foster and develop relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand the business, learning needs, and execute learning strategies and programs.p
  • Ability to manage multiple learning programs end to end with seamless execution
  • Manage new hire orientation processes from end to end; inclusive of seamless transitions to Success Partners and leadership
  • Applies educational processes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs
  • Create and execute remedial training as needed to support performance coaching
  • Review current learning curriculum and learning activities and ensure alignment to current and future business needs. Where gaps exist, propose relevant learning solutions and work with necessary stakeholders to agree on the learning plan
  • Utilize learning development and management tools to create and manage learning content
  • Manage and support ELM team with administrative tasks and reporting needs in support of learning programs
  • Responsible for supporting ELM team and Director with management and execution of communication strategies
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required or four years of related work experience
  • Advanced understanding of Adult Learning theory
  • Proven ability to deploy engaging learning interventions leveraging the latest research and trends for modern, remote organizations
  • 3 years of experience in developing and presenting training
  • 3 years of experience with developing eLearning content through authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite

Skills 

  • Self-starter that is capable of sourcing materials, references and information needed to support development of educational materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and Stream
  • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to target audience
  • Strong relationship building skills, multitasking, prioritization, and solutions oriented
  • Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, analytical ability, verbal, and written communication skills to target audience
