• Strategic training to human resource to sharpen their technical and soft skills along with corporate exposure through internships and job offers
• Collaborative business services like recruitment process to acquire best and suitable personnel, payroll management service and Trainings to maintain cutting edge with others from time to time.
Training Period -3 months (450 hours)
Daily hours - 5-6 hours a day ( Fully Flexible Hours)
Location- Work from Home
Learning Module:
- Uploading the Resumes in ATS.
- Screening of Resumes and Shortlisting.
- Understanding the requirements and working on coordination
- Keeping a track of the working hours.
- Working on the ATS platform
- Attending daily presentation meetings.
- Attending various workshops like Linked Job Postings, Creating Flyers etc.
Must have a laptop with good wi-fi connection.
Sessions- HR Technical Sessions, Presentation Sessions.
