Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive revenue and engagement for a fashion brand
• Create and manage email marketing calendar, including planning, scheduling, and analyzing campaigns
• Segment and target email lists to ensure maximum engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email marketing strategies with overall brand goals
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email marketing for e-commerce, specifically within the fashion industry
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with European and Latin American markets and consumer behavior
• Availability for 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate CET time zone
• Proven track record of driving revenue through email marketing efforts
