As a fast-growing Wellness and Fitness company, they are now looking to expand the team with a new hire.

This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to work in a rapidly growing company with an excellent work-life balance.

Established in 2012, our client is a proud owner and operator of several Anytime Fitness facilities across Canada.

They have diversified its interests in various ventures, encompassing technology solutions for gym management,

vending and e-commerce of health supplements, commercial real estate, and the manufacturing of CleanX wipes for effectively sanitizing gym equipment.

Job Overview

The position will play a crucial role in mastering customer service via phone calls to assist the clients with their perspective inquiries, memberships, and escalation of concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer Service agents would handle all verbal communication for the company including any incoming or outgoing service calls to members involving account issues.
  • This would include helping members with billing related inquiries, account cancellations and customer retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve any conflicts or issues that arise particularly related to billing inquiries.
  • Creating detailed notes on our platforms for communication with other representatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related roles such as Customer Service and Sales Representative from any industry.
  • The candidate must be competent and proficient in using technology.
  • Good verbal communication abilities are required.
  • The candidate must have the ability to manage escalation over a phone call.
  • The candidate must be willing and amenable to handle volume calls.
  • The candidate must have own equipment and a reliable internet connection.
  • Preferably female candidates and no age preference, but all genders and ages will be considered for the right candidate.

Advantageous:

  • A candidate with background from the wellness and fitness industry is a plus.
  • A candidate with an experience in Ring Central is an advantage.

Work Schedule: 4 days on and 4 days off

10:00 AM to 7:00 AM, MST time (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, PH time) Inclusive of 1-hour break
