Sr Software Engineer

Sr Software Engineer, Altera Digital Health Inc., Raleigh, NC. (4 Openings). May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. and report electronically to the Raleigh, NC office. Design, code and test healthcare software application with focus on healthcare workflows within Mobile products. Maintain ownership of assigned software deliverables. Work with Business Analysts and/or internal customers to ensure that requirements are understood. Develop software that meets technical design specifications, within an EHR Mobile context, and adheres to the effort defined for the particular Sprint iterations following a Scaled Agile Framework development process. Follow production, preparation, and execution of unit test plans and code reviews. Create and maintain efficient and fully documented code. Work with Support teams on client issues; debug and provide solutions. Produce supporting technical documentation for quality assurance testing. Achieve agreed upon productivity targets in order to ensure developments are delivered within budget, to schedule and to defined quality standards. Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related or foreign equivalent. Requires four (4) years software engineering experience. Requires four (4) years with the following: Mobile development and Web Development experience using Xamarin; C# & .Net Framework; Angular framework; REST APIs; Relational Database Management System; Object Oriented Programming; User Interface (Xamarin Forms); working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and EHR application layering; Visual Studio; Agile Framework; NUnit; and one (1) year: GraphQL; and Azure. Work 8 a – 5 p, 40 hours per week, and on call when the role is assigned to sustainment/maintenance activities at any time during the year.
