About the role

The Internal Audit IT Auditors are part of the Internal Audit IT Pack, and are the reference in Information Technology and Security subjects for other auditors and other teams, playing a key role in keeping IA up-to-date on what is happening in Nubank’s technology environment, while conducting and executing audit fieldworks, and frequently bringing inputs to the annual work plan.

You will be responsible for

• Gathering data and analyzing risks to build the annual audit work plan;
• Participating in and conducting audit fieldworks, executing tests and producing the final report along with the team;
• Interacting with stakeholders from the first and second lines of defense, discussing and following up on findings and action plans implementation;
• Sharing your knowledge and training other auditors to enhance the team's IT skills;
• Actively participating in Internal Audit's strategic projects.

We are looking for a person who has

• Experience in auditing the IT environment, preferably in financial institutions;
• Knowledge and experience in applying commonly used IT frameworks and standards in the audit program;
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments (preferably AWS);
• Knowledge of SQL, Scala or other data manipulation language;
• Knowledge of programming languages;
• Intermediate English level;
• Knowledge in financial market regulation related to technology (e.g. CMN Resolution 4,893 from Bacen);
• Incessant curiosity and desire to continuously study and understand the surroundings as Nubank constantly evolves and changes;
• Inclination and disposition to share knowledge with other professionals, collaborating with the team's development;
• Desire to create new and more efficient ways of assessing the company's risks;
• Ability to constantly adapt and deal with new scenarios, technologies and tools.

Our Nu Way of Working 

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of ​​expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
