About the Role:

The marketing operations team is responsible for building the tools and capabilities that enable us to scale our marketing practice. That includes all we do with marketing systems, marketing services, data quality, sales alignment and more. The team provides strategic and tactical support to key projects at Motive that make it possible for us to grow. We collaborate closely with teams across the company - like enterprise systems, sales, product marketing, engineering and more.

As a marketing operations specialist, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of digital marketing initiatives needed to support go-to-market objectives, including integrated marketing, ABM, and partner channels. You’ll partner closely with the campaign services lead and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements, execution strategy and delivery timing for numerous initiatives per quarter, and to continually surface campaign performance and optimize processes.

This role is remote and based in India

As a bonus, you’ll be able to embed yourself deep in the world of the physical economy and help understand the forces that govern it. 

What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for campaign development and execution, including audience segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these processes for improvements
  • Administer to the day to day needs of the marketing automation stack and assist with the integration of additional systems.
  • Work with channel managers and marketing ops team on the definition and delivery of campaign KPIs and create recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Support essential marketing operations processes and initiatives around scoring, lead lifecycle, lead nurturing and data cleansing
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience executing campaigns within a marketing operations function
  • Internal or agency management experience a plus
  • Deep hands on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing database management
  • Past experience with the following tools is a plus: Goldcast, Wordpress, 6Sense, Hushly
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong process mindset
  • Strong independent project management skills and demonstrated proficiency at handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
