Qualifications:
3+ years post-sales or pre-sales experience in Customer Success, Solution Architect, or Customer Support roles, Experience with Linux, public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and growing large enterprise accounts, Fluent in English; familiarity with Redis database, software development, and DBaaS is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Facilitate customer onboarding and deliver QBR's to Stakeholders
- Monitor and manage customer health, mitigate renewal risks, and find expansion opportunities to grow customers' business using Redis
- Support sales team during renewals and proactively nurture customer relationships for implementations, renewals, and upsells
