Associate Operations & Project Manager (all genders)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Associate Operations & Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main contact for residents and B2B partners, ensuring a positive customer experience and shaping our customer-centric approach. You will also support our Operations & Projects Team with product-related projects, coordinating resources, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to ensure timely and successful project delivery. What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for the Building Operating System (BOS) Customer Support:
  • Being the main contact person / account manager for residents as well as B2B partners
  • Processing customer requests and striving for a positive customer experience
  • Shaping and improving our customer centric approach by developing and implementing respective processes & tools

• Supporting the Operations & Projects Team with product-related projects, e.g. new digital product introductions, and facilitating the cross-functional collaboration that will result from these projects by:
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinating internal resources as well as external partners through detailed project plans to monitor progress and measure performance
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation 

What you bring:

• Apprenticeship or university degree in appropriate field of study OR significant work experience in the area of customer support
• Relevant internships
• Full-time work experience is a plus, preferably in the field of (building) operations, customer support / key account management
• Real estate, project / product management and / or start-up experience is a plus
• Excellent (written and verbal) communication, paired with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Solid use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with customer support and / or project management software tools is a plus
• Fluency in English and German
