LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES

Salary Range : 1000USD/Month

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build/recreate and produce editable logo designs and templates.
• Produce virtual mockups as requested.
• Use colors, typography, shapes, textures, values, and lines to craft/recreate logos.
• Meet with the team daily/weekly to determine project plans/schedules for clients and manage workflow.
• Collaborate with manager and sales team on original vector images for sports teams and other clients.
• Create custom digital mockups with clothing and unique logos.
• Ability to prioritize and balance workflow.
• Maintain internal marketing checklists.

Operating Procedure

• Requests that are sent to the contractor for logo creation must be designed and returned to the requestor within 2-4 hours depending upon work load and seasonal influx. Turnaround times for smaller projects is 30 minutes.
• Contractor must work with the team to meet logo specifications, dimensions, sizes, colors etc. until approved by the manager and client respectively.

Requirements

• Key qualification is the ability to be responsive and communicate openly.

• Minimum 2 years graphic design or digital art experience.

• Degree in graphic design, fine art, or relevant field recommended, but not required.

• Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.

• Fluent in PowerPoint.

• Experience with Google/Google Sheets.

• Portfolio/Graphic Design work samples required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English fluently and efficiently.

• Must be responsive and able to follow through with requests.

• Must be able to meet expectations and follow concise instructions.

• Takes constructive criticism positively to produce best results.

• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as necessary.
