Role Overview:

You will spearhead and execute our outbound lead generation efforts to build and develop a robust client pipeline. You'll have the opportunity to work across various channels, refine messaging, and continually test and improve our approaches. This role puts you directly under the guidance of the leadership team and immerses you in a dynamic environment where you can really make an impact.

Compensation: INR 1,00,000 to 1,25,000 gross per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research thoroughly to know the prospect company and individuals.
  • Tailor messages to client prospects, stand out, and get noticed. Show you’ve done your homework and understand your prospect’s needs.
  • AI cannot build relationships or understand nuances. Only human SDRs can, and prospects crave human connection. Address specific pain points and goals. Be seen as a valuable partner, not just another salesperson.
  • Personalize messages to convey sincerity and effort, fostering trust from the start.
  • Deepen interactions by focusing on what matters most to your prospect.
  • Gain a good personal brand on LinkedIn to help credibility and building relationships.
  • Analyze responses and refine lead generation strategies based on what resonates.
  • Master essential sales tools such as Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more.
  • Engage with potential partners and industry influencers to extend our reach and impact.
  • Contribute to our outbound strategy, regularly share insights from sales funnel metrics.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • You are proactive and take ownership of your work, treating each task as your own.
  • You have a growth mindset, continuously learning and adapting.
  • You are a strong executor who can see tasks through from conception to realization.

Qualifications:

  • 3+years of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in an early-stage tech environment.
  • Background in sales-tech or B2B SaaS products is advantageous.
  • Proven ability in demand generation, growth marketing, sales development, or similar roles.
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative, with solid copywriting skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • A track record of designing and executing successful sales and drip campaigns.
