Now we are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst experience to join our client's team and contribute to the team's continued success.


Job overview

As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and analyzing the business needs of our clients, translating those needs into actionable requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will leverage your expertise to drive business process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.


Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

  • You will help shape the backlog for the upcoming work for the engineering team and ensure that work is well scoped and understood to be worked on.

  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements and specifications.

Solution Design and Implementation

  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement effective solutions.

  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and meet user requirements.

  • Participate in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts across various third-party vendors.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives and deadlines.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Vendor Management

  • Oversee the performance of third-party vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deliverables.

  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.

  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with third-party vendors.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project managers, developers, and other business units.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and deliverables.

  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

  • Manage upwards to RegTrail management, providing weekly updates and facilitating key decision-making processes.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and business metrics.
