We develop and produce our own software and electronic products, as well as provide consulting services to our customers for new development and test projects. We are currently offering a position as Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Sweden, in a permanent position.


Please note that the employment contract will be through our mother company KPIT.

Your Role:

As a Sales Manager Nordics in Gothenburg, you will lead our efforts to connect with and serve our European customers, playing a pivotal role in building relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the region. You will work together with our other colleagues in our office in Lindholmen.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for automotive electronics test and validation products targeted at customers in the Nordic region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market through market analysis and competitor assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Stay informed about local industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, webinars and customer visits, supported by our marketing department.
