To accelerate our scale, we are looking for a marketing manager that will cover and enhance marketing efforts.

Main goal for this role:
  • To bring new clients to the OnHires by maximizing ROMI

Your background:
  • Worked in recruitment, outsourcing or outstaffing business.
  • Managed a marketing team: designers, content writers, SEO specialists, SMM managers.
  • Have a solid experience in SEO and content marketing.
Areas and responsibilities:
  • Communicate Client stories by:
    • Collecting, writing and publishing Case Studies.
    • Develop presence on platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms and others.
    • Video reviews.
  • Sales enablement materials:
    • Presentations of our services, partnership and other offerings.
  • Promoting recruitment in media outlets and external communities
    • Expert articles based on our work with clients and spreading them across the press and niche communities.
  • Improve the website
    • Build an effective funnels
    • Create new pages
    • Ensure SEO growth
    • Build out blog
  • Online Events
    • Preparing the event (announcement)
    • Post event activities (summary emails)
  • Make best in class newsletters
  •  SMM activities
  •  Grow Linkedin and Twitter
