Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients to secure work opportunities and managing candidates for ADDMORE Recruitment. Experience with recruitment in the UK, Australia, and the Middle East is advantageous. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and negotiate terms for recruitment services.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels and techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between candidates and clients.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, ideally with experience in the UK, Australia, and the Middle East markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
