This role provides the flexibility to work from home or at our office located at Vaci Greens. It is important to note that this position is exclusively for the night shift, spanning from 7pm to 7am.
As an Intelligence Analyst, you will become a valued member of our esteemed International Monitoring Center, which is dedicated to providing essential information to our diverse client base around the clock. Your primary focus will be on reporting risk events in real-time, conducting thorough analyses of potential threats, risks, and impacts, and delivering precise and timely reports to our clients. In addition, you will actively participate in various operational support activities, such as direct customer communication and involvement in special projects.
What you'll do:Monitor a broad range of open source real-time risk eventsAnalyze potential threats and risks and disseminate error-free reports to customersMake time-sensitive decisions regarding risk event reportingImplement operational processes and proceduresDemonstrate advanced analysis and research skillsDisplay good judgement and discretion in reportingManage customer inquiries and interactions in an effective and professional mannerEscalate issues to the appropriate partiesUnderstand company’s mission, how our work impacts customers, and model company’s core valuesWhat you'll bring:Bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldConsistently follow current events and world affairsStrong analysis, research, and organizational skillsFlexibility in scheduling, including nights, and some weekends and holidaysAbility to effectively manage high volume of information, prioritize assignments, and maintain composure under pressureStrong writing skills; fluency in English is requiredStrong problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team setting Previous experience with social media and open source research#LI-HG1
