Job Summary: The Entry-Level Business Development Associate will support our business development team in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the growth of our staffing services. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, industry events, etc.).
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Help present and promote our staffing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Support achieving sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per year
  • Commission Structure:
    • 3% of the revenue generated from each new client secured.
    • Additional 1% bonus for contracts exceeding 100,000 annually.
