Your missions
Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote (must work MST/ PST hours)
Must work PST/MST or able to work PST/MST hours
What is the typical schedule/shift going to be (i.e., 8am – 5pm)? Tuesday- Saturday: 10-6:30pm PST; Sun-Thurs: 10 am -6:30 pm
Flex time- able to work late hours AND weekends
Job Description:
The Correspondence Processor (CP)is a non-clinical staff with a high school education and some experience in the medical field, preferably in managed care positions. The CP:
• Processes and monitors all member and provider correspondence through the Client Healthcare letter database
• Adheres to UM policies and procedures
Must Have Skills: Attention to detail, Fast learner, able to adapt to change, multi-tasking skills
Day to Day Responsibilities: Correspondence- Letter generation- selects correct template, minor grammar checks
Required Years of Experience: 1-2 years
Required Licensure / Education: High School Graduate/ GED
