・新しいツール導入の立案、パッケージ・ソフトウェア選定、受入テスト

This position is within the Internal Information Systems Division. You will be responsible for driving DX initiatives for the entire group, including group companies, to enhance efficiency. In addition to experience as an in-house Systems Engineer (SE), strong communication skills and experience in organizational management will be crucial.
The Group comprises top-notch AI engineers in the country, as well as consultants and corporate staff with high expertise. Our mission is to create a better IT environment and establish the necessary infrastructure to allow employees to maximize their performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proposing the adoption of new tools, selecting package software, and conducting acceptance tests.
- Selecting equipment and designing networks during IT system expansion, ordering, and acceptance testing.
- Creating and implementing information security regulations.
- Managing servers, issuing and deleting accounts, and handling license management.
- Updating the company website and the internal portal site.
- Executing DX strategies aligned with the company's growth pace.
- Implementing security measures plans.
- Troubleshooting and arranging repairs/purchases related to the above tasks.
After joining, we plan to entrust you with a wide range of responsibilities as an in-house IT engineer, aligning with your experience and skills.

Conditions / Benefits
Employment type: Full time
Location: Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo
Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 6,200,000 JPY
- Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
- Bonus paid twice a year (August, February)
- Monthly Salary: 380,000 - 477,000 JPY
- A fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 20 hours is provided, regardless of the presence of overtime work.
- Additional overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the initial 20 hours.
Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (1-hour break included)
- 8 hour work days
- Telecommuting and flexible work arrangements are available, subject to prior approval.
- Annual Holidays: Regular days off every week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, and other days designated by the company.
- Paid Time Off: 10 days granted after 6 months of continuous service (increasing with years of service, up to a maximum of 23 days).
- Other Leaves: Special leave upon joining, year-end and New Year leave, special leave for illness, and bereavement leave are available.
