NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Business Analyst Device Management to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and product requirements from stakeholders. Ensure a clear understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable features and improvements.
  • Break down features into user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and feedback. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and met.
  • Release Planning: Collaborate with the development team to plan releases and set priorities for each iteration. Make decisions about what features should be included in each release.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT to ensure that the delivered product meets the specified requirements.
Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
  • Medical Device and/or Invitro Diagnostic Device product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competition, and end-users. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
  • Experienced in product development according to ISO 13485.
  • Able to identify, document and drive the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR).
  • Actively participate in all the team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.
  • A highly motivated fast learner who can self-start and "figure out what needs figuring out”.
• Maintain and improve the MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) environment to support modern desktop management co-management with Intune
• Automate desktop deployments, reduce deployment time, and standardize images and Autopilot.
• Packaging, building, testing, and deploying various applications for Windows 10 devices using Flexera suite of tools.
• Experience mandatory on OSD/MDT and Zero touch deployments.
• Designing, building, testing, and deploying configurations as part of a mobile device (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) supporting both corporate owned device and bring your own device services
• Workstation, Server & VDI patching.
• Building and maintaining desktop images, producing, and employing Group Policy Objects (administrative templates for Intune) to manage the environment.
• Deploying designing, deploying, managing, and configuring virtual and physical workstation environments using Windows 10, etc. using Zero Touch or Lite Touch or User Driven Installation capabilities.
• Desktop application deployment, including building packages to install Office or other LOB corporate applications.
• Role Based Access controls (RBAC) assignments for different Intune roles
• Conditional access management and deployment
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting. Additional skills on Python or other coding experiences are advantage.
• Work with OEM vendors for auto pilot registration and zero touch deployment.
• Must be well-versed with Power BI report generation and customization.
• Must be well versed with Windows Server and client level OS troubleshooting.
• Experience in Active Directory Management, ADFS, SSO, Rest API, AAD Sync, DNS, DHCP.
• Working experience & good understanding of Azure and AWS cloud services is a must.
• Complete understanding and experience in ITIL processes.
• Other skills like MS Defender or similar tools is preferred.
Must have Skills:
Experience in mobile device management; experience in coordinating large mobile device integrations as part of an M&A

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $58.00/Hour - $60.00/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
