Job Title:-Logistics Program Manager - Reverse Logistics
Location:- Open For 100 % Remote
Duration:- 5+ Months Contract (With Possibility of extension)

Job Description
We seek a dynamic, collaborative leader dedicated to delivering excellence in reverse logistics solutions, focusing on return fraud prevention. As part of the Hardware fulfillment team, this
individual will play a critical role in supporting our reverse logistics program in US/CA and will be involved in projects aimed at addressing gaps, enhancing efficiency and mitigating risks.
You Will:
● Evaluate existing RL workflow (from return initiation to warehouse receipt). Establish new processes for tracking and reporting the reverse logistics activities.
● Utilize data analytics to understand return patterns, reasons, and optimize processes, including identification of suspicious trends like frequent or unusual returns.
● Monitor and reconcile return activity, stay ahead of evolving fraud tactics and trends which will include reviews of return policies, procedures, and technologies.
● Collaborate with owned carriers as well internal stakeholders (including Shop, Risk, Trust and Safety) to combat unauthorized returns and abuse of returns policies.
● Support other RL continuous improvement initiatives
● Integrate sustainability considerations into reverse logistics initiatives
Qualifications
You Have:
● 5+ years of supply chain business management experience
● A robust understanding of 3PL reverse logistics processes
● A strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
● Proficiency with data/visibility tools (Looker, Snowflake); a general understanding of warehousing systems (WMS/ERP/OM).
● Effective project management skills and an independent approach to problem-solving.
● Proven ability to identify and lead data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
● Implement scalable tools and processes; define and monitor key metrics and KPIs.
● Excellent verbal/written communication
