Are you passionate about leveraging AI tools to create impactful email campaigns? GrowthAssistant is looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our client’s dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll harness your creativity and strategic mindset to craft high-performing email campaigns, do quality checking, monitor, and create reports to identify areas for opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end email marketing function
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including managing contact lists and executing automated sequences
Conduct A/B testing on email elements to optimize performance and engagement
Drive measurable results through data-driven strategies and strong analytical skills
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing and automation tools
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and strategies
Strong attention to detail with a passion for optimizing campaign performance
Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
With at least basic knowledge in HTML/CSS/Javascript and API integration
Recent work experience following the US time zone/graveyard shift
