Your missions

Join our User Loyalty team at OLX, where our mission is to enhance customer engagement and retention. By delivering intelligent, personalized rewards, we aim to maximize Lifetime Value and achieve higher customer satisfaction at a reduced Customer Acquisition Cost.As a mid-level iOS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in engaging our audience and fulfilling their needs within the OLX ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a team that's at the forefront of creating impactful user experiences. This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
This role can be based anywhere in Poland.

Your daily work:
  • Create modular and scalable code that allows easy integration with other systems and seamless collaboration with other teams,
  • Enhance the application's performance, usability, and security,
  • Stay up-to-date with and learn about new technologies and best practices,
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and engineers from other teams to solve technical challenges,
  • Participation in conferences, communities, and educational programs.

    • About you:
  • 3+ years of experience building iOS apps with Swift,
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, and integrating them into applications,
  • Experience with software design, object orientation, architectural & delivery patterns,
  • You are comfortable with refactoring skills and techniques,
  • An understanding of the mobile ecosystem, the full mobile development life-cycle, common libraries and languages,
  • Familiar with large-scale mobile applications,
  • Experience in testing automation (unit testing, end-to-end testing),
  • Experienced or excited about cross-platform development in general,
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes in the mobile application,
  • Flutter knowledge is a plus,
  • The Composable Architecture knowledge is a plus.
