Your Rewarding Role:

• Full-Time Flexibility: Enjoy the benefits of full-time employment or as an Independent Contractor with flexible scheduling.
• Routine Shifts: 8 hour shifts between 0600-1830 and 1800-0630, with a 30-minute meal break included.
• Competitive Compensation: Elevate your earnings with estimated annual incomes ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 for employee status. For independent contractor physicians operating under a duly formed professional corporation, the estimated annual income reaches $220,000 to $3200,000.

Your Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates who meet these qualifications:

• Board Certification: Be Board Certified 
• Emergency Medicine Expertise: Possess experience in a hospital emergency medical department with a volume of no less than 2,500 visits per full-time physician per year.
• Credentials: Hold a current DEA registration, BLS and PALS life support certifications.

• Our 22-bed hospital facility offers an array of services, including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesia, OB/GYN, and Psychiatry.
• Radiology services, such as X-rays, CT imaging, and ultrasonography, are available 24/7, with MRI imaging accessible on weekdays.
• Specialty services, including Cardiology, Gastroenterology, ENT, Neurology, Urology, and more, are affiliated with NMRTC San Diego and available for phone consultation 24/7.
• You'll have the convenience of an in-house Laboratory and Pharmacy accessible around the clock.
