Solutions Architect

Job Description:

We have an opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join our talented implementation practice supporting US Federal customers and the creation of a Custom ServiceNow application. The Solutions Architect will effectively leverage their understanding of the full suite of the ServiceNow configuration and customization functionality and their own expertise to implement enterprise business solutions. They will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for enhancing the ServiceNow platform, implementing new products, and developing ServiceNow solutions.  The Architect will provide strategic and tactical support to clients, support multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.  

Responsibilities 

• Leads architecture efforts; with a focus on leveraging core ServiceNow platform capabilities. 
• Plan/executes application releases through Production/Pre-production. 
• Leads solution and technical design efforts to enable project enhancements. 
• Conducts research and troubleshoots complex technical challenges. 
• Performs hands-on advanced technical development work as required.  
• Willingness to provide feedback on and guide less experienced software developers 
• Ability to work with team to estimate, plan, and execute all assigned tasks and report on progress 

Required  

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in related technical discipline, and six (6) years of architecture experience with the ServiceNow platform 
• Experience with configuration & customization of ServiceNow functionality such as table extension and creation, state flows, workflows, flow designer to automate processes, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Access Control List (ACLs), and advanced scripting in business rules, client scripts, script includes, User Interface (UI) actions, UI policies, and data policies. 
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator  
• Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements. 

Preferred  

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) 
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer 
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist 
• Federal Consulting Industry Experience 
• Agile/Scrum related certifications  
• ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
