Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Assistant and Trend Reporter to join our team. This dual-role position requires a passion for beauty, a keen eye for trends, and excellent sales skills. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and reporting on the latest beauty trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
  
• Utilize sales platforms such as Faire, Bulletin, and Carro to gather data and insights.
  
• Create detailed trend reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and threats.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  
• Stay updated with the latest industry news and trends to inform strategic decisions to be presented once a month in PDF form.
  
• Support the development of strategic initiatives based on trend analysis.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and industry standards.
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Ability to identify and report on beauty trends.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  
• Experience in trend reporting or a related field.
