Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 20 hours per week to start 7 AM to 11 AM (1 PM to 5 PM Manila Time)

Job Description

Join a dynamic and purpose-driven team as a Sales Administrator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales efforts. In this exciting role, you’ll conduct market research to identify promising prospects and create visually compelling sales materials that showcase the company’s innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly support the company’s mission to combat climate change and promote a more sustainable future.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential prospects aligned with the company’s mission
  • Craft visually stunning sales proposals, pitch decks, and other materials that effectively communicate the value proposition
  • Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities, contributing to the company’s growth
  • Provide administrative support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless operations
  • Manage social media and email marketing campaigns (potential future scope)
Requirements
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication abilities
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and presentation design tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a sales support or marketing role
  • Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a valuable asset
