Your missions

This is a remote position.

This position is responsible for handling medical billing to medical insurance carriers.
Answering Phone calls regarding General Inquiries and Billing Concerns


  1. ·     Assist patients/providers with their billing inquiry through Inbound Call
  2. ·     Facilitate payments utilizing client software application.
  3. ·     Stays up to date with the changes that affect a client’s reimbursements
  4. ·     Understands how the medical insurance industry works.


Requirements
Requirements
  • Graduate of any 2 year course
  • Must be experienced at least 1-3 years in a voice account supporting US Based Medical Billing for either Provider or Member Facing Customer Service Support
  • Strong English, written and oral, communication skills.
  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Must be highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize activities effectively
  • Able to handle at least 50-60 calls per day
