Job Description for Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions and categorize them correctly in QuickBooks Online
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and provide monthly profit and loss statements
  • Assist with cash flow management
  • Handle payroll processing
  • Undertake administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Excellent communication skills

Scope

  • Monday to Friday
  • 10am to 2pm Eastern
