This is a remote position.


Scope

  • Full Time: 40 hours a week

  • Mon - Fri 9am -6pm EST (9pm - 6am Manila Time)

  • Manhattan, New York

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B customers in the restaurant/food service industry

  • Provide an overview of the company’s biodegradable tableware products like straws, cups and containers

  • Offer free product samples to allow prospects to experience the products firsthand

  • Verify and gather necessary customer information (name, address, etc.) to facilitate sample deliveries

  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly outbound call targets and metrics




Requirements


  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting or other sales roles at least 3 years

  • Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building abilities

  • Ability to clearly explain product details and value proposition in form of professional conversation.

  • Resilience to overcome objections and rejections

  • Basic computer and data entry skills to utilize CRM/dialing systems
