Job Description for Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage client files within Credit Repair Cloud software
  • Provide outstanding customer support
  • Process disputes with credit bureaus following set procedures
  • Generate dispute documentation to be printed and mailed
  • Ensure all processing work is completed thoroughly and accurately
  • Adapt to changing processes and workflow as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience with data entry and document processing
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable following standardized processes and procedures
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Scope

  • Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm Central with a 30-minute paid break
