SUMMARY
As Marketing Programs Manager, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing programs, processes and projects that support branding, demand generation, sales enablement and overall go-to-market of our strategic solution offerings.
You apply your experience and expertise from across the marketing mix to help define, refine and facilitate strategic marketing program and project planning, development, implementation and reporting. You are comfortable presenting program plans and updates; engaging internal and external stakeholders; and driving the delivery of on-time, on-spec assets and activities.
As key member of the marketing team and reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you collaborate closely and proactively with Sales, Product Management, Services, Development and other Marketing team members to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
You create program and project plans, budgets, and facilitate the review and approval with executive sponsors and other stakeholders. Further, you track and report performance against those programs with data and analysis across key metrics including program effectiveness, customer sentiment and adoption, and overall return on marketing investment.
