Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time)
With 1 hour unpaid break

Tasks: 
- Creation of Flows and Campaigns with Klaviyo
- Targeting of customers from different ads 
- Creation of custom audiences 
- Development of different email marketing strategies and flows
- Creation of visually appealing gifs and pictures for emails 
- Creative copywriting optimized for sales
- A/B Testing and Optimization of campaigns with the purpose to reduce ad cost
- Analysis and Interpretation of sales data in the context of email marketing and ad campaigns

Requirements
 Klaviyo Expert with at least 2 years of experience
- Shopify Expert
- Knows how to extract data from facebook ads and how to run facebook campaigns
- Knows how to analyse data and make educated decision for the optimization of email campaigns and ads
- Picture editing skill in procreate, photoshop, lightroom or similar
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- should ideally watch anime
- should have ideally worked for an email marketing agency in the past and know exactly how structure flows, categorize audiences and nurture email subscribers from their past job.
