Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 20 hours per week (with potential for full-time)
  • Monday - Friday, flexible anytime between 9-6pm, Central US time (10pm - 7am Manila time)

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be the right-hand partner, anticipating needs and proactively solving problems to ensure seamless operations. From managing calendars and travel arrangements to conducting research and handling administrative tasks, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
  • Manage email communications, correspondence, and follow-up tasks
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Provide general operational and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and productivity software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative when needed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar support role
  • Unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
